100 Year Old Cottage Remodel
New entrance facade
Here, a new entrance facade was constructed. An old oil tank was removed, and a front porch and entry door to match the old stone chimney was then constructed. We used Cypress logs as posts.
Repairs and deck construction
Kitchen remodel
In the kitchen remodel, the original plywood cabinets and the vintage appliances were spruced up. New counter tops and backsplash were added, and a “floating” cypress shelf was constructed. The floor was replaced, and the drop ceiling was removed.
Bathroom remodel
This is a cottage bathroom remodel with the goal to create a rustic feel to match that of the cottage age. We changed out the window, removed old floor and put in herringbone pattern of slate, and added wainscot.
